Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Because this is a liquid restoration product, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs
